Buddhism and Yoga - A Short Summary

Hatha Yoga is enjoying unprecedented growth internationally and is being used as an instrument for spiritual development, physical therapy, and physical fitness. Contemporary practice is derived from Tantric exercises, but less well understood are the systems of Buddhist Yoga, which share a frequent lineage with the historical area.
